Shipping policy
1. Processing & Production Time
All items are printed and custom-made specifically for you after your order is placed.

Standard Processing Time: It typically takes 2 to 5 business days to create and package your items.

During peak holiday seasons, processing times may take up to 7 business days.
Note: Processing time is completely separate from shipping time.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your destination and begin after the processing time is complete.
- United States: 3 to 7 business days.
- International: 7 to 14 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs clearance.
3. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
If you have downloaded the Shop App, you can also track your shipment directly within the app.
If your order consists of multiple items, they may be fulfilled from different printing facilities and arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package.
4. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Nova Struct POD store ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, though delivery times to military bases and P.O. Boxes may take slightly longer depending on the carrier.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Nova Struct POD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
Please contact us immediately at operatorfranccmeyj1@gmail.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. If the order has already entered production or shipped, we cannot change the destination.
7. Damages and Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the item showing the issue so we can arrange a free replacement for you.
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after being marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
